I’m Ron Hansen. I love to create technology that empowers people.

As a fullstack software engineer and team lead at Axel Springer News Media & Tech in Hamburg, I have a strong passion for solving complex problems and am proficient in a wide range of programming languages and frameworks. My specialties include Typescript/Javascript, React, Vue, Node.js and Kubernetes, and I have experience creating websites, apps, and desktop applications. But my curiosity and love for learning doesn't stop there.

I have always enjoyed exploring new areas of technology. Whether it's delving into the world of game development, understanding how interpreters and compilers work, or trying my hand at low-level programming with Rust, I am always up for a new challenge. I have also had the opportunity to participate in hacking challenges with CTFs, and recently, I have been focusing on expanding my knowledge in the areas of machine learning, deep learning, and AI.

As a team lead, I am confident in my ability to guide and mentor my team, but I also believe that it's important to constantly learn and grow as a developer. I approach my work with a positive attitude and a sense of humor, and I strive to create a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Whether I'm tackling tough technical problems or leading a team of engineers, I am always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow as a professional.
